Front Porch Commissions

Gather your partner, your kids, and your pets on your front porch to pose for a special memento, a painting that’s sure to become an heirloom. We’ll schedule a short photo shoot at a time when your home is well-lighted by sunshine. From a safe distance and wearing a mask, I’ll take several photos for reference. From the photos, I’ll capture this moment in time—a “snapshot” of sorts, but created with paint, paper and perception. The images below will give you a sense of my artistic style.

I provide a single arctic white mat with the work, ready to insert into your own frame. The sizes are standard and readily available from local or online suppliers. Or you may purchase my standard black gallery frame. Below is a price sheet for the sizes I prefer to work in. If you dream of something larger, we’ll work something out. And—if you don’t like the painting, you are not obligated to buy it. I do ask for a non-refundable $25 deposit to show you’re serious, to be applied to the total purchase.
