Grabbing an inner tube and floating down a Hill Country river is one of a Texas summer's best delights. Limestone cliffs rise above the water and trees offer abundant shade. Friends, family, and folks you just met become a temporary community that has nothing better to do than hang out and be cool--literally and figuratively.
