Heads & Faces Workshop Info
Do you wonder why the faces you draw look a little wonky?
Would you like to paint or draw portraits, but don’t feel ready?
Does great portraiture fill your heart with admiration—and a tad of envy?
Through this in-person workshop, you’ll learn how to build structure to your drawings of faces. You’ll learn to combine that structure with keen observation to render a believable human face. And you’ll become fascinated by the wonderful variety in all the faces you see. Watch out! Looking at faces with an artist’s eye can become addictive.
Workshop size is limited because of space considerations and to allow for individual attention.
Registration will open November 2025. To receive early notice, express your interest here.
Expressing interest in a future class gives you the opportunity to register before the class is publicized more broadly. It also puts you on a waiting list in the event of a cancellation.
