November Field

I've always been attracted to sunlit fields with the round hay bales scattered across the landscape. This is a contemporary treatment of that traditional scene that so many in art history have painted. Think Manet. In my version, I applied my disrupted realism process, taking the picture to a more complex interpretation. This is a diptych, and is meant to be displayed with both pieces next to each other.
