A Thanksgiving visit a small town near my home took me to this enchanting scene of sunlight on hay bales and sturdy farm implement. I was enamored by the long afternoon shadows and the golden tones that made me think of my own rural childhood.
Small works like this work well in groupings or on their own in small spaces.
